Is not this the witness that we must give, living like risen individuals, living as Church, according to the social dynamics of the Trinity (a section of humanity redeemed and risen), so that the billions of people who have never known the light of Revelation can say, “Certainly the life of Christians is more beautiful, more satisfying, more creative than ours”?
Or must we consider Luke in Acts and the author of the Letter to Diognetus to be dreamers, when they write that the life of Christians, though lived on this earth, “reveals the extraordinary and truly paradoxical laws of their spiritual republic”?
